About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources Services to lead the delivery of key HR operational services, ensuring an efficient and high-quality employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits and employee administration.
- Manage HR systems, employee records, attendance and leave.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, policies and HR procedures.
- Lead and develop the HR Services team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR operations experience.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (bilingual).
