About the role
Join the world‑renowned Four Seasons Hotel Doha as a Hostess for the iconic Nobu restaurant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless seating experience in a luxury beachfront setting.
Key responsibilities
- Seat guests promptly at pre‑set tables according to party size and guest preferences.
- Set up and maintain the hostess stand, review the reservation book, and make recommendations for room set‑up.
- Maintain a station chart and cover count, balancing server workload to meet Four Seasons service standards.
- Answer telephone enquiries and coordinate guest flow throughout the dining area.
