Hotel Contracting Manager

About the role

Grand Tours is expanding its presence in Qatar and seeks a commercially driven Hotel Contracting Manager to turn market opportunities into strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for negotiating and securing hotel contracts that support the company’s growth across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with hotels and tourism suppliers throughout Qatar.
• Secure competitive FIT, group, and charter contracts.
• Negotiate allocations, commitments, release periods, stop‑sales and special commercial conditions.
• Develop long‑term strategic partnerships with key hotel chains.
• Optimize profitability while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Analyze market trends, demand patterns and competitor activity.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales, Product, Reservations and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel contracting within a DMC, tour operator, wholesaler or hospitality company.
• Proven track record negotiating volume, charter, allotment, commitment and dynamic commercial agreements.
• Existing relationships with hotels in Qatar are highly desirable.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
