About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar ensures that guest rooms and public areas meet the brand’s luxury standards. This onsite position plays a key part in delivering the exceptional guest experience Four Seasons is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, guaranteeing compliance with Four Seasons standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public spaces for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinate staff schedules and assignments in partnership with the Housekeeping Manager.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, placing orders as needed.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property.
• Assist with lost‑and‑found procedures and documentation.
• Support sustainability and waste‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
