About the role
The Housekeeping Team Leader supports the efficient operation of the housekeeping department at Andaz Doha, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role ensures guest rooms and public areas meet the high expectations of guests, owners, and the hotel team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and hotel floors.
- Support the department in achieving operational efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Address guest and owner concerns related to housekeeping services.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
