About the role
The HR Lead will steer the HR team in delivering day‑to‑day operations and strategic projects. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that HR initiatives align with business goals while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily HR activities and manage team deliverables.
- Provide guidance and professional support to HR team members and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, quality, and performance of HR tasks and projects.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and new initiatives.
- Lead HR‑related projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
