About the role
Qureos Inc is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources operations. The role focuses on aligning HR programs with organizational objectives while overseeing a dedicated HR team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, teams and service delivery.
- Support the implementation of HR strategy and programs.
- Provide guidance to management on HR‑related matters.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities and HR processes.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in human resources.
- Proven ability to lead HR teams and drive operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of HR strategy implementation.
- Experience managing employee lifecycle and compliance.
