HRIS Executive – HR Systems & Data Management

About the role

We are looking for an HRIS Executive to manage day‑to‑day HR system operations across Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The role ensures data accuracy, integrity and compliance while supporting HR, IT and business teams with technology‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data in Oracle HCM, SharePoint and the ATS for all lifecycle events (hires, promotions, transfers, terminations).
• Monitor and validate HR transactions across GCC countries to ensure structural alignment and compliance.
• Troubleshoot system and access issues, coordinating with HRIS specialists, IT and vendors.
• Administer user roles, permissions, costing setups and act as SharePoint super‑user.
• Support recruitment, payroll and performance‑management processes within the HRIS.
• Conduct periodic audits of employee records, leave data and organizational structures.
• Coordinate performance‑appraisal cycles, create templates and generate reports.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual HR dashboards using Power BI.
• Collaborate on change requests, testing and implementation of system enhancements.
• Deliver training and first‑line support to HR coordinators and business teams.
• Ensure data governance, privacy standards and SOP updates are adhered to.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, SharePoint and an ATS.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, payroll and performance management.
• Familiarity with GCC HR regulations and data‑compliance requirements.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with HR, IT and external vendors.
