About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the design and execution of recruitment strategies that attract top talent aligned with our consulting business across the EMEA and GCC regions. Based in Doha, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that support company goals.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting through onboarding.
- Lead bulk hiring and fleet recruitment campaigns while maintaining quality standards.
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms.
- Promote and enhance the employer brand to attract high‑quality talent.
Required profile
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 10+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar and GCC talent markets.
- Currently based in Doha.
- Proven experience managing external recruitment agencies and vendor relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and decision‑making abilities.
- Experience leading employer‑branding initiatives.
