Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support the HR function of a healthcare organization in Qatar, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with local regulations. This role focuses on delivering HR services to hospitals, clinics, and related facilities while handling employee documentation and government liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR activities for healthcare staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) regulations and Qatar Labour Law.
• Oversee PRO processes, including QID issuance, visa applications, renewals, and interaction with government portals.
• Maintain accurate HR records using the organization’s HR information system.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of HR experience within the healthcare sector in Qatar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare organizations in Qatar.
• Familiarity with MOPH regulations and strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law.
• Experience handling QID processing, visa applications, and renewals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR information systems.
• Ability to navigate QID and government visa portals.
