In-Room Dining Assistant Manager

About the role

The In‑Room Dining Assistant Manager supports the outlet’s operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service delivery. This role combines planning, budgeting, and team leadership to uphold Four Seasons’ luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, control and direct daily outlet activities, managing staff to meet guest expectations.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions and inventory control.
• Maintain knowledge of competition and industry trends, and take an active role in meeting financial goals.
• Provide on‑the‑job and classroom training to develop team skills.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, anticipate needs and ensure a high level of service.
• Monitor facility and equipment conditions, recommending improvements as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a related hospitality role.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Passion for luxury hospitality with strong attention to detail.
