Installation Engineer (Electrical)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Installation Engineer – Electrical to lead the installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical infrastructure projects. The role ensures that all electrical works meet project specifications, safety standards and quality procedures while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical installation activities on site.
• Verify that all works follow approved drawings, specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning and hand‑over phases.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce technical and quality requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections and validate installation quality.
• Resolve technical issues with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Support testing and commissioning of LV, MV and related electrical systems.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, inspection records and project documentation.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards and company quality procedures.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in electrical installation, construction, testing, commissioning or utility infrastructure projects.
• Experience in large‑scale infrastructure, utility, industrial, energy or electrical distribution projects is preferred.
• Proven track record in site supervision and project execution.
