Integrated Management System (IMS) Auditor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Management System (IMS) Auditor to support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our quality, environmental and occupational health & safety management systems in Qatar. The role involves planning and conducting internal audits, monitoring compliance with ISO standards and driving corrective actions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal IMS audits in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Develop audit plans, checklists and reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures and IMS requirements.
• Identify non‑conformities, recommend improvements and support departments in implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain IMS documentation, records and audit schedules.
• Participate in external certification and surveillance audits.
• Support awareness and training initiatives related to quality, environmental and OHS management systems.
• Prepare audit findings, KPI reports and inputs for management review.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and client requirements related to IMS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Lead/Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IMS, QA/QC or auditing functions.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Experience in the construction, engineering or infrastructure sector preferred.
• Excellent communication, reporting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
