Inventory Control & Reporting Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Inventory Control & Reporting Coordinator to support daily inventory operations at Arkan Marketing, a digital marketing agency in Doha. The role ensures physical stock aligns with digital records, improves inventory accuracy, and prepares clear reports for supply‑chain, logistics and marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Check physical stock and compare it with system/digital records.
• Identify mismatches between physical and digital inventory and report them clearly.
• Support the preparation, updating, and organization of inventory files and stock reports.
• Work closely with the inventory manager on daily inventory tasks and reporting.
• Help prepare reports that support supply chain, logistics, marketing, and management.
• Assist in improving overall inventory documentation and reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate and well‑organized inventory data across e‑commerce operations.
• Follow up on stock availability and digital quantity updates on Shopify.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory, stock control, or inventory reporting.
• Experience in e‑commerce is preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Organized, responsible and able to follow up properly.
• Good command of English; Arabic a plus.
• Immediate availability to join.
