Investment Director – Remote, Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Director to lead research and manage the end‑to‑end investment process for a Dubai‑based firm with a diversified alternative‑strategies portfolio. The role is fully remote and offers high autonomy, requiring deep market knowledge and operational rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence efforts by sourcing, screening and evaluating investment opportunities across multiple strategies and geographies.
• Coordinate the full due‑diligence lifecycle, maintain trackers, and produce comprehensive investment memoranda for senior leadership.
• Conduct macroeconomic and market analysis, monitor central‑bank policies and geopolitical developments, and translate insights into actionable investment recommendations.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in investment management, research, portfolio management or institutional allocation.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong written communication and proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and other industry‑standard investment tools.

Required skills

• Python programming for investment analysis and portfolio management.
• Bloomberg terminal usage.
