IT Audit Internship – Audit & Assurance (Qatar)

About the role

Deloitte is offering a structured internship in IT Audit within its Audit and Assurance practice in Qatar. You will work closely with financial audit teams to apply analytics, understand client processes, and gain hands‑on experience with emerging AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes, controls and data to execute planned analytics procedures.
• Collaborate with core financial audit teams to discuss analytics results and findings.
• Document step‑by‑step procedures and test results clearly and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with client personnel and audit team members.
• Seek on‑the‑job learning opportunities and demonstrate practical exposure to AI tools.
• Apply sound judgement and ethical standards when handling data and AI‑generated insights.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve business problems using data‑driven solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Audit Command Language (ACL) and/or SQL.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools and a digital mindset.
• Commitment to personal learning, accountability and professional development.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
