IT Manager – Oracle NetSuite & Simphony

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the implementation and integration of Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Simphony within our Food & Beverage operations. The role focuses on delivering a seamless technical environment that supports our diverse restaurant brands and enhances operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee the deployment of Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Simphony across all locations.
• Ensure smooth system integration with existing POS, inventory, and financial platforms.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues post‑deployment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, platform providers, and internal technical teams.
• Maintain data integrity and align system functionality with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Simphony projects.
• Proven track record in system implementation, integration, and post‑deployment support.
• Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including POS, inventory, and financial management.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and experience training staff on new technologies.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to define scope and meet deadlines.
