About the role
Quality Professionals (Q-Pros) is a leading software quality assurance and testing company operating across the Middle East and GCC. We are looking for a Test Lead with strong leadership skills to join our team and work with one of our clients in Qatar. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, an excellent communicator, and passionate about delivering high‑quality software.
Key responsibilities
- Review software requirements and specifications to identify gaps or ambiguities.
- Create test strategies and detailed test plans.
- Assign tasks, oversee test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Ensure comprehensive functional and non‑functional test coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to maintain software quality.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the testing team across multiple projects while monitoring progress, risks, and KPIs.
Required profile
- University degree in IT or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in quality control and software testing.
- Professional testing certifications are a plus.
