IT Network Engineer – Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Network Engineer to design, implement and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure across Doha. The role ensures reliable connectivity for LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN and wireless environments while supporting critical Windows and VMware services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN and WLAN solutions.
• Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and wireless networks.
• Administer Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services.
• Maintain VMware virtualization platforms and related infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents and guarantee high availability.
• Implement security best practices and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Produce and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and service providers on projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of enterprise network administration experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Cisco networking technologies and Microsoft server environments.
• Proven experience with VMware, network monitoring tools and ITIL processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
