IT Network Specialist / Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Network Specialist to design, deploy, and maintain a complex, multi‑vendor network environment. You will work with Cisco, F5, firewall, cloud, and wireless technologies to ensure high‑performance, secure connectivity for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco Nexus 7k switches, Cisco ACI, and Cisco 3850/9300 access switches.
• Administer Cisco wireless controllers and Meraki switches/firewalls.
• Set up and maintain Cisco IP Telephony systems.
• Manage F5 load balancers for traffic optimization and redundancy.
• Configure and maintain firewalls (Cisco FTD, ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Administer VPN solutions including Cisco AnyConnect and site‑to‑site VPNs.
• Utilize Cisco ISE for network access control and policy enforcement.
• Oversee Azure networking components (NVAs, virtual networks) and GCP services (VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Armor, IAP).
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and use diagnostic tools for analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience with Cisco networking equipment and software.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, and protocols.
• Ability to analyze problems, visualize solutions, and work with all organizational levels.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and within a team.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, and flexible work habits.
