IT Support Engineer

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance across its construction project sites in Lusail and Ras Laffan, Qatar. The role involves maintaining hardware, software, networking and printer infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and networking issues for on‑site users.
• Maintain and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.
• Provide timely user support and training across multiple site offices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement IT solutions and upgrades.
• Document incidents, resolutions and maintain asset inventories.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, networking and printers.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work on‑site at construction locations and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Prior experience in a construction or industrial environment is an advantage.
