About the role
We are seeking a customer‑oriented IT Support Engineer for an onsite role in Doha, providing Microsoft Intune administration and first‑level technical assistance to end users.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, policy creation, application deployment and endpoint security compliance.
- Provide first‑level IT support for laptop performance, preparation, configuration and printer issues.
- Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) for support topics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows‑based systems and common office applications.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune administration.
- Knowledge of incident and request management lifecycles.
- Good experience with ITSM systems.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
