As a Junior Hostess on the Food & Beverage team at InterContinental Doha, you will welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a memorable dining experience through attentive and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers, providing professional and discreet service.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu to advise guests.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, handling guest queries and complaints promptly.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the outlet.
• Prepare service stations (mise‑en‑place) before, during, and after service, minimizing waste.
• Apply up‑selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
