Junior Media Buyer

About the role

Arkan Marketing Services is seeking a Junior Media Buyer to drive performance‑focused paid advertising across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google. The role combines data analysis with creative optimisation to maximise return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor daily performance, spending and key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, revenue, AOV).
• Design and execute structured testing plans for audiences, creatives, hooks, offers, placements and campaign structures.
• Scale winning ads while reducing waste on under‑performing campaigns and reallocating budgets.
• Build and optimise prospecting, retargeting, catalogue and conversion‑focused campaigns.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to request new creatives based on data insights.
• Analyse landing pages, product pages and checkout journeys when performance declines.
• Set up and verify pixels, events, UTMs, product feeds, catalogues and conversion tracking.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes, new ad formats, policies and performance‑marketing trends.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience as a Media Buyer, Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads or Google Ads is a plus.
• Good understanding of e‑commerce, customer acquisition and conversion‑focused campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick, data‑driven decisions.
