Kitchen Coordinator

About the role

The Kitchen Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for guests and internal teams, handling inquiries by phone and email. This full‑time position supports daily administrative operations within the hotel’s hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest questions, manage reservations and update records using computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Prepare letters, memos and other documents with word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software.
• Transmit information via computer, mail or facsimile machine, ensuring accuracy through proofreading and editing.
• Operate standard office equipment, maintain a professional appearance, and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and address service needs promptly.
• Develop positive relationships with colleagues, support team goals and report any safety concerns.

Required profile

• Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality and present a clean, professional appearance.
• Willingness to assist guests and collaborate with other departments.
• Capability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
