Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of landscaped areas across our commercial properties in Doha. The role involves coordinating teams, ensuring high standards of appearance, and maintaining functional irrigation and planting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule landscaping technicians and gardeners for daily tasks.
• Plan and monitor routine maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, and fertilisation.
• Inspect irrigation networks, lawns, trees and planting beds, and address any faults.
• Identify and manage pest, weed and plant health issues.
• Oversee proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment.
• Maintain quality standards across all landscaped zones.
• Coordinate material and equipment procurement.
• Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on landscaping maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong understanding of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and schedules.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.
• Relevant safety certification (preferred).
