Laundry Valet

About the role

The Laundry Valet provides premium guest service by handling all laundry and clothing needs for hotel rooms. You will greet guests, safely unload their items, and ensure timely delivery of clean garments.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with unloading of laundry and clothing items.
• Deliver clean laundry and dry‑cleaned garments to guest rooms promptly.
• Respond to guest, front‑desk, and service requests in a courteous manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of laundry areas and equipment.
• Complete valet tickets accurately and coordinate repairs or pick‑ups with the appropriate teams.
• Follow all company policies, maintain a professional uniform, and protect confidential information.
• Answer telephone calls using proper etiquette and prepare written documents as required.
• Support team goals, build positive working relationships, and adhere to quality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting items up to 10 lb and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• Excellent guest service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain confidentiality, and present a professional appearance.
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
