Lead, Master Community Management (Outsource)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Master Community Management professional to lead the operational and financial stewardship of a Qatari Diar real‑estate portfolio. The role is outsourced and will operate under the sponsorship of an empaneled consultant, ensuring long‑term preservation of property values and high‑quality services for residents, sub‑developers and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations for maintenance, landscaping, security and cleaning of public areas, roads and open spaces.
• Develop and implement long‑term maintenance plans for master‑community infrastructure.
• Oversee handover of common areas from developers to the community‑management team.
• Prepare, present and secure approval for the annual service‑charge budget.
• Calculate, bill and collect service fees, monitor expenditures and drive cost‑saving measures.
• Act as primary liaison for plot owners, residents, commercial tenants and government authorities, handling complaints and disputes.
• Organise community events, town‑halls and communication campaigns.
• Enforce community declarations, architectural guidelines and service‑level agreements with third‑party providers.
• Ensure compliance with local real‑estate, environmental and health‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Locally available with a valid QID and Qatari driving licence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Community/Urban Management or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CMCA, AMS or PCAM are highly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in community, facility or asset management within Qatar or the GCC.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
