Lead Operations Data and Performance Analyst

About the role

The Lead Operations Data and Performance Analyst is responsible for proactive and reactive performance analysis, validation and reporting of AOCC operational data. This role supports decision‑making for procedural improvements and enhances monitoring of personnel performance and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to the information system team during major application deployments.
• Develop and consolidate operational dashboards, analyze hard‑resource allocation data and report trends to management.
• Automate manual operational procedures to improve monitoring and day‑to‑day operations.
• Create training material to promote a data‑driven decision‑making culture.
• Produce reports on AOCC department and personnel performance against KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Research operational issues, identify data discrepancies, and propose preventive solutions.
• Apply statistical methods to analyse data, detect patterns and present conclusions.
• Collaborate with other analytics and reporting teams to improve overall reporting capability.
• Design and develop automated reporting solutions using corporate applications.
• Provide guidance to AOCC duty teams on data management and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in airport operations and operations control centres.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
