Lead Power Platform Developer – PowerBuilder & Microsoft Power Platform

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with deep expertise in PowerBuilder and the Microsoft Power Platform suite. The role involves leading the design, development, and optimisation of enterprise applications, automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise‑grade applications and automation workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Lead the integration of Power Platform solutions with legacy systems and external services.
• Develop conversational AI bots with Power Virtual Agents.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, secure solutions.
• Establish governance, best practices, performance optimisation and continuous improvement processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Developer working with PowerBuilder and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application development and system integration.
• Preferably experience in the airline or aviation domain (reservations, ticketing, operations, customer service).
