Lead Process Improvement Engineer – Facility Management

About the role

The Lead Process Improvement Engineer – Facility Management will drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and cost optimisation across our Facility Management services. Working closely with operational, technical and commercial teams, you will assess service delivery, identify performance gaps and ensure compliance with contractual and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and operational assessments to evaluate service delivery and identify gaps between reported performance and actual conditions.
• Analyse Hard and Soft FM processes, recommend and implement practical improvements, and standardise procedures across sites.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean, Six Sigma, TQM and other methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality and cost.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring operational failures and oversee corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Plan and execute structured operational, quality and performance audits, manage non‑conformances and develop corrective action plans.
• Support the maintenance of ISO management systems and FM best practices.
• Review and optimise SLA and KPI frameworks, develop dashboards and reports, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Assist budgeting, estimation and pricing activities, and identify opportunities for commercial and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process improvement or operational excellence within Facility Management or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct site assessments and data‑driven analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple improvement projects and drive results in a field‑oriented environment.
