Learning & Development Specialist / Training Analyst

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist / Training Analyst to drive organizational learning and employee development initiatives. You will lead training‑needs analysis, design programs, and ensure effective delivery across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and identify skills gaps.
• Develop annual and periodic training plans.
• Design and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Develop and/or deliver soft‑skills and professional‑development training.
• Coordinate internal and external training providers.
• Analyse training participation, effectiveness and outcomes.
• Maintain training records, reports and statistics.
• Support training budgets and related administrative processes.
• Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Postgraduate Business/HR qualification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant Learning & Development experience.
• Strong experience in training‑needs analysis and program evaluation.
• Soft‑skills facilitation/training delivery experience highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP/HR systems, ISO and risk requirements advantageous.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability preferred.
