Leasing Supervisor / Team Leader (Female Preferred)

About the role

The Leasing Supervisor / Team Leader will lead the leasing team in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment in Qatar. This full‑time position focuses on driving occupancy, revenue targets and delivering high‑quality customer service across commercial and residential portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach leasing agents to achieve monthly leasing targets.
• Coordinate property viewings, handle tenant inquiries and ensure timely preparation of lease agreements.
• Monitor market trends, maintain accurate leasing records and produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with property management and finance teams to streamline operations.
• Implement company policies, resolve tenant issues and contribute to strategic portfolio decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing, property management or real‑estate operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to documentation and reporting.
• Good understanding of Qatar or GCC real‑estate market dynamics.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
