Logistics Analyst – OCONUS Support in Kuwait

About the role

Serco is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join its Kuwait‑based logistics team supporting multiple government customers. You will manage supply chain, inventory control, and asset visibility for OCONUS operations, ensuring the efficient flow of equipment and materials in an austere environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warehousing functions, including inventory, packaging, shipping, retrograde, and transport of government property.
• Document receipt, shipment, and accountability of equipment using logistics databases.
• Prepare assets for DLA‑DA (DRMO) turn‑in and support equipment disposition.
• Utilize Commercial Off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) and government logistics systems to move assets across the theater.
• Communicate logistical transactions to contractor and government leadership via Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Required profile

• Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of supply/warehouse experience in government or military operations, or high school diploma with 8 years relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75 % OCONUS and lift 35 lb unassisted.
• Valid U.S. passport.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using COTS logistics databases, COLTS, DPAS, IUID, RFID, and COSIS.
• Knowledge of logistics forms (DD/DA) and property accountability procedures.
• Forklift operation and HAZMAT handling experience (highly desirable).
