Logistics Manager – FMCG & Beverages

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics, warehousing and distribution for a fast‑moving consumer goods and beverage business in Doha. The role oversees three warehouses, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely dispatch and high service levels across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics, warehousing and distribution operations across the business.
• Manage three to four warehouse sites, covering receiving, storage, inventory, picking, loading, dispatch and stock control.
• Ensure optimal warehouse utilisation, inventory accuracy and product availability.
• Plan and manage transportation activities, develop delivery schedules and optimise routes, fleet utilisation and capacity.
• Maintain relationships with transporters, third‑party logistics providers and other external partners.
• Monitor logistics and warehouse KPIs such as OTIF, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, productivity and costs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement and Finance to guarantee seamless product availability.
• Implement stock rotation practices (FIFO/FEFO) and uphold SOPs, safety standards and operational controls.
• Identify and drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, service levels and cost reduction.
• Lead, develop and manage logistics teams across all locations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and Qatar legislation.
• Manage logistics budgets, monitor operating costs and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
• Strong background in Food & Beverage manufacturing, preferably with beverage experience.
• Proven track record managing multiple warehouses, ideally three or more sites.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, distribution and order fulfilment.
• Experience leading both internal logistics teams and external service providers.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
