Manager of Enterprise Data Warehouse

About the role

The Manager of Enterprise Data Warehouse will lead PHCC’s data and security strategy, ensuring robust data management practices and information security across the organization. This senior position reports to senior leadership and is responsible for delivering a centralized data warehouse and master data solutions that support PHCC’s mission of improving health and wellbeing in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement data and security policies, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned with organizational strategy.
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of a centralized corporate Data Warehouse.
• Oversee Master & Reference Data systems to ensure consistent data definitions across all applications.
• Develop high‑level architectural guidance for information and data solutions.
• Plan, assign, prioritize, and monitor work for the department, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations, provide coaching, and manage KPIs for the team.
• Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, and integrity.
• Ensure policies and procedures are communicated, understood, and consistently applied.
• Integrate patient safety, risk management, and quality improvement into all data processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data warehouse, data governance, and information security initiatives.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, including performance evaluation and staff development.
• Ability to develop and enforce policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Experience working within a healthcare environment and understanding of patient safety and quality standards.
