Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager joins a dedicated hotel marketing team to create and execute property‑level communications that enhance the hotel’s image and drive revenue. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication, the role balances traditional, digital and social media initiatives, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage promotions for guests and local patrons.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan in line with budget, collaborating with the GM, F&B leader, operations and sales teams.
• Design and launch targeted campaigns and promotions that generate incremental revenue and increase market share.
• Act as the liaison with advertising agencies to manage creative and media plans, especially for F&B promotions.
• Coordinate media schedules, ensure timely settlement, and integrate digital, e‑commerce and social efforts with overall sales strategy.
• Support public relations activities and maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field with 4 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience.
• Experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising preferred; luxury hospitality background valued.
• Familiarity with Marriott or similar luxury hotel brands is a plus.
