Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will shape and execute the company’s overall marketing and communication strategy. This role is responsible for strengthening brand positioning, generating leads, and driving business growth through integrated campaigns and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and other channels.
• Increase brand awareness, support customer acquisition, and generate qualified leads.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, content creation, email marketing, and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activity.
• Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, timelines, and ensure campaign delivery on schedule.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs and analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
• Ensure consistent corporate branding across all touchpoints and identify new marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a corporate or multi‑business environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, commercially minded, and results‑driven.
