Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to drive retail campaigns, events, activations, and in‑store marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across retail and event channels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Support events, product launches, and brand activations.
• Conduct store visits to verify proper campaign implementation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, events, or campaign execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Qatar driving licence is an advantage.
• Must be based in Qatar or have transferable residency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Google Sheets.
• Ability to create visual assets using Canva.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for productivity.
