Marshall – Crowd Management & Access Support

About the role

We are looking for a Marshall to support crowd movement, access management and general operational coordination on a large‑scale construction project in Doha. The successful candidate will guide visitors, staff and the public, ensuring safe and orderly flow while maintaining a professional, customer‑focused attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Direct visitors, pedestrians and personnel within assigned areas.
• Support crowd management and orderly movement, especially during busy periods.
• Provide clear directions and basic information to the public.
• Monitor entrances, exits, queues and designated operational zones.
• Identify and report potential safety or security concerns.
• Coordinate with supervisors, security and operations teams.
• Assist with emergency and evacuation procedures when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, security, customer service, crowd management or operational support (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Presentable, professional and confident when dealing with the public.
• Ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC is preferred.

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
• Arabic language proficiency (advantage).
