Marshall – Crowd Management & Access Support

About the role

We are seeking Marshalls to support crowd movement, access management and operational coordination across a large‑scale project in Doha. The role involves guiding visitors, staff and the public, ensuring safe and orderly flow while providing clear directions and basic information.

Key responsibilities

• Direct visitors, pedestrians and personnel within assigned areas.
• Support crowd management and maintain orderly movement.
• Provide clear directions and basic information to the public.
• Monitor entrances, exits, queues and designated operational zones.
• Assist with access and movement during peak periods.
• Identify and report potential safety or security concerns.
• Coordinate with supervisors, security and operations teams.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures when required.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑focused approach at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, security, customer service, crowd management or operational support (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Presentable, confident and able to interact with the public.
• Physically able to stand and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC is advantageous.
