Mason

About the role

The Mason will join the Engineering & Facilities team at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, providing hands‑on construction and maintenance support within a luxury hotel environment. You will ensure guest areas remain safe, functional and aesthetically aligned with the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Communicate clearly with guests and internal teams to coordinate repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, equipment and building structures.
• Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, block setting and concrete repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with hotel policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in masonry or related construction trades.
• Ability to work in a high‑service hospitality setting.
• Strong physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and guest‑focused attitude.
