Mathematics Faculty Position

About the role

The College of North Atlantic – Qatar seeks a full‑time Mathematics Faculty member to design, deliver, and assess mathematics courses for a diverse student body. The role combines classroom instruction with curriculum development and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver mathematics instruction across college and preparatory programs.
• Evaluate student progress and maintain course documentation for accreditation.
• Collaborate with industry partners and participate in advisory committees.
• Manage projects within the mathematics program area.
• Contribute to departmental meetings, committees, and professional activities.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Research experience in the candidate’s specialty.
• Teaching experience in a post‑secondary setting where English is not the first language of students.
• Professional certification from a relevant organization or teaching association.
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher.
