MEP Technician – Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

About the role

The MEP Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role supports the team, reports faults to engineers, and contributes to departmental performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Carry out corrective maintenance tasks promptly and ensure timely completion.
• Assist subcontractors with their assigned work and ensure quality standards are met.
• Report defects, breakdowns, and equipment issues to the Fault Reporting Center or designated engineers.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and report spare‑part requirements.
• Follow duty rosters, health‑safety procedures, and company HSEQ policies.

Required profile

• ITI Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations such as OSHA, MSDS, NFPA, and BS standards.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and within constraints.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
