ML4 Orders Operator

About the role

The Repairs Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day coordination of the Repairs Demand Management team, ensuring that all inventory and asset demands are generated, validated, prioritised and processed in line with contractual timelines and budgets. This position works closely with customers, maintenance tasking teams, Part 145 organisations, procurement and suppliers to maintain continuing airworthiness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the Demand Management team, guaranteeing quality output and compliance with SHE, Quality and regulatory standards.
• Manage the end‑to‑end demand management solution, interfacing with platform maintenance, upgrade operations and the supply chain.
• Develop and deploy robust demand validation and priority management processes, ensuring correct specifications and fastest resolution.
• Oversee calibrated‑item handling, timely return to industry, and maintenance of testing/tooling capability.
• Lead the creation of reporting and metrication tools to monitor performance, capture trends and support risk/opportunity management.
• Mentor QEAF staff joining the MOB organisation from QTI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising repair or demand‑management teams within an aviation or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of contractual requirements, safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
