Mobile Crane Technician

About the role

The Mobile Crane Technician ensures that a fleet of mobile cranes remains safe, reliable, and ready for operation. Working on‑site and in workshop environments, you will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and execute repairs on hydraulic and electrical components.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures on mobile cranes.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to extend equipment lifespan.
• Carry out inspections in line with local safety regulations and company standards.
• Develop and follow maintenance schedules and procedures for the crane fleet.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide repair work.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians during complex tasks.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each crane.
• Deliver on‑site technical support and emergency repairs for client locations.

Required profile

• Technical degree or certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience with mobile cranes or comparable heavy equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and familiarity with safety compliance.
