Multi‑Skilled Facilities Technician

About the role

The Multi‑Skilled Facilities Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of all electromechanical systems within our facilities. This includes preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air‑conditioning and cooling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electromechanical assets.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Maintain HVAC, air‑conditioning and cooling systems.
• Conduct routine equipment and system inspections.
• Identify and report defects and maintenance requirements.
• Support reliable operation of electromechanical systems.
• Respond to technical faults and work orders promptly.
• Coordinate complex issues with supervisors and engineers.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
• Minimum six years of total experience, including three years in schools or kindergartens.
• Strong communication skills; English required, Arabic preferred.
