Ophthalmologist – Clinical & Surgical Role in Qatar

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ophthalmologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Qatar. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive eye care, perform advanced surgical procedures, and contribute to a high‑performing medical team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction and squint correction.
• Perform cataract surgery with intra‑ocular lens (IOL) implantation.
• Manage glaucoma and retinal conditions.
• Execute corneal procedures such as cross‑linking and DSAEK.
• Carry out refractive surgeries including LASIK, PRK, SMILE, and femtosecond laser treatments.

Required profile

• Full eligibility for DHP licensing in Qatar.
• Verified DataFlow compatibility.
• Up‑to‑date surgical and clinical logbook covering the last three years.
• Relevant clinical and surgical experience in ophthalmology.
• Willingness to relocate to Qatar.
