Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultant to join a leading client in Doha, Qatar. The consultant will manage and support the full Oracle Hyperion EPM suite, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction across the organization. Fluency in Arabic and strong English communication are essential for stakeholder interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Hyperion components including Essbase, Planning, FDQM, and HFM.
• Perform environment operations such as upgrades, backups, capacity management, and disaster‑recovery testing.
• Maintain production, test, DR, and development instances and manage patching and version control.
• Configure security, user access, and budgeting allocations in line with compliance standards.
• Load financial data via FDMEE from EBS and create/maintain standard reports.
• Support month‑end closing processes and provide functional assistance to external entities.
• Document system administration procedures and continuously monitor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8‑10 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Hyperion products.
• Proven ability to support a user community across Qatar.
• Project‑management experience, especially for system upgrades.
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and very good English communication skills.
