Oracle Technical Developer – EBS, APEX, BI (Arabic Required)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Developer to join our Information Systems team in Doha. The role focuses on developing, customizing, and integrating Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) solutions, leveraging APEX, BI Publisher, and web services to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance Oracle EBS R12.2.x applications and modules.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs, web services, and integration frameworks with external systems.
• Create and modify Oracle Reports and BI Publisher XML reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Configure and support Oracle Workflow, Approval Management Engine, and OAF components.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, providing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Document technical specifications, development guides, and user manuals.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Oracle EBS development and customization.
• Strong understanding of Oracle financial, supply chain, and human capital modules.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with offshore support teams.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
